For Teamster members employed by Illinois Central School Bus, in addition to the protections and benefits that are negotiated in your local contract, you are also covered by the Illinois Central Master Agreement. A copy of the agreement can be found here. This is important because it helps to ensure basic standards and allows us to negotiate up from there in local bargaining. Click here to submit your contract proposal. Please use this form to submit your proposals to your local union by June 1, 2017. We look forward to building on the strong contract that is already in place as we continue to drive up standards at Illinois Central and in the industry as a whole.
