School bus monitors working for Niagara Falls Coach Lines have voted to ratify their first contract with Teamsters Local 264. The final margin was 36-2 in favor of implementing the new collective bargaining agreement.External Link
(CHICAGO) — On Nov. 9, school bus drivers at First Student in Chicago voted 67-6 to join Teamsters Local 777. The drivers will join hundreds of First Student school bus workers currently represented by Local 777.External Link
(DANVILLE, Ill.) — Teamsters Local 26 members that work as drivers, mechanics and monitors at First Student approved an agreement yesterday with the company after several months of negotiations and the threat of a strike, which would have affected 6,000 students in Danville Public Schools. The agreement, which covers approximately 110 workers, was ratified by more than a 75 percent margin.External Link

(DUPAGE COUNTY, Ill.) – First Transit DuPage Pace drivers voted to ratify a new contract. The new three-year agreement represents the richest contract ever achieved for the 27 Teamsters Local 727 members at the DuPage facility.External Link
(CARPENTERSVILLE, Ill.) — Members of Teamsters Local 330 that are employed by Durham School Services voted overwhelming to reject the final offer by the company on Sunday, September 10 and authorized strike action if a fair and acceptable agreement could not be reached. The contract covers approximately 250 bus drivers, mechanics, and monitors employed by Durham, providing school transportation services to Community Unit School District 300.External Link

(WORCESTER, Mass.) — On Aug. 30, Teamsters Local 170 members that work as Special Education Drivers & Monitors at Durham School Services approved an agreement with the company after nine months of negotiations and the threat of a strike, which would have affected 12,000 students in the City of Worcester. The agreement, which covers approximately 130 workers, was ratified by more than a 90 percent margin.External Link
